Consent
By booking and receiving services, the client gives consent, authorization, and voluntary release to Butterfly PMU Salon & Spa and its licensed professionals from any claims—implied or stated—that may arise regarding treatments, regardless of the outcome. Services provided are not substitutes for professional medical treatment or advice.

It is the client’s responsibility to read all policies, pre-care, post-care, contraindications, disclaimers, and reminders, and to disclose accurate and complete information regarding health conditions, medications, allergies, and skincare routines. Clients agree to follow all pre- and post-care instructions provided.

Even with professional-grade products and proper care, individual results and reactions may vary. Temporary effects such as redness, irritation, sensitivity, or breakouts may occur depending on skin type, pre-existing conditions, or undisclosed health information. All results will vary per client depending on their skin type, blood type, lifestyle choices, any prescriptions taken, skincare routine, and aftercare.

Health & Safety
At Butterfly PMU Salon & Spa, safety, quality, and integrity are top priorities. Enhanced cleaning and disinfection protocols ensure a spotless, worry-free environment for all guests and team members.
• Masks are optional for guests.
• Staff will gladly wear a mask upon request. We can not perform any procedure on anyone who has had any major surgery done within a minimum of 6 weeks. This includes but is not limited to facelift, brow lift, blepharoplasty, cataract, LASIK, nose, hairline, cheek, and body surgeries. 

Booking Policy
Most appointments require a 25% booking fee of the total service price to schedule. The booking fee does go toward the total cost. Booking fees will be paid at the time of booking after your appointment date and time have been selected. Clients will receive a text message confirmation once the appointment is booked. (Please check your junk/spam folder if you don't receive text messages from unknown numbers.)

A valid credit card must be held on file prior to booking an appointment. Other accepted payment methods for the remaining balance include: CashApp: $ButterflySalon and Venmo: @butterflysalon and payment plans through AfterPay, Affirm, and Klarna. All booking fees are nonrefundable. No exceptions. Booking fees are not transferable between clients.

Return & Refund Policy                                           

Refunds on services are not offered. We do not accept refunds or returns for skincare products, tools, or devices, whether purchased in person or online. Clients may exchange skincare products for another item of equal value or pay the difference if a higher-priced product. Exchanges cannot be redeemed for cash or services.
• Product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
• Product must be undamaged and in resalable condition.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• Exchanges are accepted in-store only within 72 hours of purchase.
This policy ensures the highest standards of product quality, safety, and hygiene for all clients.                                             

• Gift Cards are non-refundable and expire 1 year from the date of purchase.

Appointments
• Before- or after-hours appointments are available upon request.
• Sunday appointments are only available upon request.
• Prices, availability, and protocols are subject to change.                 

Late Arrivals
A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. Please contact the spa in case of running late.

Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments canceled without 24 hours’ notice will be considered a no-show. If the client needs to reschedule their appointment, at least 24 hours' notice is required to do so. If your appointment is not confirmed 24 hours before or minimum two hours before if booking for the same day, your appointment will be cancelled. In order to reschedule, a new booking fee must be paid.     

Guests: To minimize distractions and due to safety and liability concerns, there will be no guests allowed in the treatment room. It's recommended to come alone to your appointment or prepare for guests to wait in the lobby/seating area only. No unattended children allowed.   

Right to Refuse Service
At Butterfly PMU Salon & Spa, the comfort, safety, and well-being of all clients and staff are our top priorities. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time.
